Dear Dr. Kowalsky,

Things are getting better here and the craziness is starting to settle down with everything that has been going on with my husband. Let me start by saying, Thank You for seeing him, when you did! I am not sure what you said to him, but my husband is not the type of man who likes to go to doctors too. Thank goodness he did go!!

He was told that he had a stroke behind his eye and that there was some damage. He has started his treatments which he will be doing once a month until January and he is now taking some medication to help with with his high blood pressure and cholesterol and they are watching his heart as well.

Thank you again for acting quickly. A lot of people say, oh...but it is his job. Well, not everyone now a days, still do their job and with concern and compassion like you do!

I was your patient until we moved down to Monroe Township and since my last visit to you I have not been to an Optometrist!

(I know not a good idea at my age)

The trip back to Sparta from here is over an hour and a half and so we have had to change all of our medical providers.

Yesterday I went to an optometrist in Princeton for my first exam.

While my exam was comprehensive, I did have the feeling I was being processed in a "factory environment" and so I want to thank you for your personal care and thorough evaluations over all the years I was a patient.

Just wanted to let you know that we ordered contact lenses for Mary late Tuesday night through Primary ECP and they were here on Thursday morning at 11 via the US Post Office. I let Dr. K know how well it went in December when we ordered them and once again it was easier and cheaper then the promotions, etc. through our insurance.

Once again, Dr. Kowalsky and his staff make my and other members of my family's annual eye exams and check-ups a pleasure. Dr. K is remains thorough in his exams and never rushes me or my sons when they visit, despite his tight and busy schedule. Even more important than the above, perhaps, is the personal interest Dr. Kowalsky takes in getting to know his patients, and in his taking a genuine interest in how things are going with them. Dr. Kowalsky also does a great job of explaining the various parts of his eye exam to me in layman's terms. For this guy, this is important. The new and improved office location as previously shared with Dr. Kowalsky will likely prove to pay numerous dividends to his practice in the immediate, intermediate and distant future. Overall AAA rating; I remain very pleased with the thorough and serious care and concern demonstrated by this conveniently located Vision Care practice for other members of my family and for me.
