Our Practice
Stephen A. Kowalsky, O.D. Dr. Kowalsky attended the State Univeristy of New York at New Paltz and is a graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He continued his education at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and the State Univeristy of New York College of Optometry for post graduate training in the treatment and management of eye disease and is Board Certified in this area. His training included an externship at the Maryland Optometric Center. Dr. Kowalsky is a past President of the Tri County Optometric Society and remains active with the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. He was Chief of Occupational Vision Services at Robins Air Force Base and Clinical Consultant at Rutgers Community Health Plan. He is currently affiliated with TLC, The Laser Center with whom he comanages Lasik surgery. Lisa C. Kowalsky, Optician Our Optician Lisa Kowalsky attended Cornell University where she earned a B.S. degree in Human Ecology with an emphasis in textiles. After graduation she did graduate studies at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. Her Corporate background and expertise was in fire retardent fabrics, hydroponics, water testing, and research and development of Laundry detergents. After raising a family, she enrolled at Raritan Valley Community College where she received a A.A. degree in Opthalmic science. She is a licensed Opthalmic Dispensing Technician and is A.B.O. and N.C.L.E. certified. |
